Meet the Founder
Alisha Gupta is a keynote speaker, creator, professional dancer, and founder of Beauty In Balance, a community for multi-hyphenates to align passion with profession. She has spoken at the Financial Services Pipeline Initiative on cyberbullying, moderated leadership panels at Google, and presented on changemaking in education at Arizona State University. Her podcast work—featuring guests like Rainn Wilson—was recognized by NBC. As a full-time strategist at Accenture, Alisha utilizes her skills in go-to-market strategy and innovation.
